Thank you for coming and working with us on the training session. Your knowledge of different forums and approaches to creating a healthy environment was extremely helpful in my understanding of how I can better contribute

to discussions.

I honestly think you have a gift for asking great questions that allow others the space to explore ideas without imposing any judgment or guidance as to where those thoughts should go.

Your training felt organic, and you were able to allow us to enter our flow and natural dynamics and meet us where we were at, and then highlight principles from the best practices that might be helpful to our group.

My personal favorite takeaway was your guidance and example on active listening and the powerful observations one can make when they are really focused on hearing and seeing.

Thank you for investing in your skillset, as I feel lucky to have the benefit of learning several valuable takeaways that I can use moving forward.

 EO Utah Forum

When our relatively newly-formed forum decided to have its first mini-retreat in person, we were a bit apprehensive because Covid had limited our opportunities for in-person forum meetings and we weren’t sure what to expect.

We asked Katty to join us and facilitate forum best practices as well as connection exercises. Katty opened us with a curve ball - rather than having each of us introduce ourselves, she had the group introduce each person, while that forum member had to sit quietly and listen to how their forum mates introduced them. It was a great surprise and quite eye-opening and heart-warming because we discovered how well we knew each other already. It enabled the group to connect on a deeper level without Katty placing herself in the center of the conversation.

Even though Katty has deep experience with EO, she made both old and new EO members feel at ease and we emerged as much stronger forum with new tools to connect and get more out of our time together in the years ahead.

 EO San Francisco Forum

As the moderator for my 2021-22 Spouse Forum, I themed our year around “Personal Growth” and challenged my forum mates to go with me on a journey within to increase our self-awareness, realign our core, and reset our visions to live more purpose-based, intentional lives; all with our built-in forum accountability.

In January, Katty flew to Houston to lead us through a day of taking our Big Why and Strengths into action and using them as leverage to fuel our futures.

Katty used screencasts to lead us through prep work before our in-person session. Upon arrival, we were all led through Core Values, Vision Board, and Personal Triggers exercises.

At our forum meeting with Katty, she acted as the perfect facilitator; her style is very professional, kind, engaged, and she asks great questions to spark a heartfelt, honest conversation.

Katty’s content challenged us individually to dig deeper in our own lives.

YPO Houston Forum

Katty recently facilitated a workshop for my forum. Initially, we were to meet in person in San Francisco at the end of January, however, due to Covid, we shifted to a Zoom meeting.

Katty was quickly able to adapt the content to a virtual meeting and keep us engaged for four hours using multiple online tools such as Jamboard and Prezi. Even though my forum has been together for many years, with Katty’s facilitation, we were able to uncover new stories about one another and connect on a deeper level.

It was by far one of the more enjoyable Forum Workshops.

Thanks for leading us through yesterday's workshop, we discussed the meeting at dinner and the consensus was that what we learned will help us level up our forum experience.

We are very grateful.

EO Los Angeles Forum

Katty’s in-depth understanding of EO and our members is second to none and her wealth of knowledge and deep connection with members both new and tenured, makes everyone feel at home and included in an instant.

We recently had Katty facilitate an EO Sydney Couples Workshop run over three weeks virtually. Katty’s facilitation of this group was second to none. Even over Zoom, Katty’s personality shines through. She is authentic, inspiring, vulnerable when required, and a true leader of EO. Within the context of this workshop, Katty was highly organised and efficient. She delved into our needs to clearly understand what our members needed upfront, demonstrating effective planning and organisational skills to deliver three successful sessions and keep EO members their partners coming back week after week. Katty managed the flow of conversations expertly during the sessions. She role modelled effective listening and deep sharing skills that encouraged our participants to dig deep to listen openly and share fully on very personal topics that provided opportunities to enhance their relationships with their significant others.
