Katty is a forum and team facilitator who brings 20+ years of "people and culture" experience, helping groups grow, adopt best practices and create a safe space for communication. Combining her business acumen with her facilitation skills, Katty helps forums, cohorts, and teams maximize their personal and professional potential.
She is a certified EO Forum trainer who helps new members begin their EO journey and facilitates established forums to strengthen and evolve through retreats and ongoing upskilling sessions.
Katty is an author, speaker, a podcast host and currently working on her first TEDx talk about growth, hope, and resilience. She believes we all have a story to tell and that our greatest journey is through self-discovery. Her first book, The Butterfly Years, chronicles her personal journey through grief toward hope. Her second project, The Butterfly Years Journal, is a 12-week daily journal filled with prompts and guided explorations.
She is president of Artisan Creative, a digital, creative, and marketing recruitment agency focusing on creative, marketing, and design talent.
Katty currently volunteers her time as Chair of Entrepreneurs' Organization's Products Portfolio and oversees Forum, Learning and MyEO. She is a member of EO's Los Angeles chapter. Previous volunteer roles include MyEO Committee Chair, EO Forum Trainer Sub-Committee member, and chair for the EO Global Spousal Forum Sub-Committee.
Raised in San Francisco, England, and Iran, Katty brings a multicultural perspective to her interactions. She earned a BA in English Literature from UC Santa Cruz and a Merchandising Degree from FIDM in San Francisco. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband of 29 years, Jamie.
